Meet Lauren Riane
Based in beautiful California, I've been fortunate to photograph hundreds of weddings over the past five years throughout my beautiful home state, and beyond. My work is rooted in a lifelong love for creativity, artistry, and human connection. My approach is relaxed, intuitive, and personal, focusing on honest interactions, thoughtful composition and creating images that feel both elevated and timeless.
When I'm not behind a camera, I enjoy attending pilates, perfecting my avocado toast, caring for my house plants, or watching one of my many favorite shows. This is subject but not limited to: The Price is Right, Survivor, The Real Housewives, or Judge Judy.

I love exploring new places and immersing myself in different cultures, adventures, and beauty. Some of my favorite places I've traveled to include Thailand, the Dominican Republic, Italy, Paris, Ireland and Switzerland! Some of my bucket list vacations are Iceland, Spain, and Japan!
Growing up just thirty minutes from the beach, I love any, and every coastline. The sound of the waves, the smell of salty air, and soft sand makes me feel very much at home! The diversity of tall grass, rocky cliffs and white also make for my favorite places to do engagement sessions.
The natural grain and subtle imperfections that film can add to photographs have always fascinated me! Ever since I saw my parents wedding photos captured solely on film, I can't help but love incorporating that same nostalgia to my clients galleries and my personal collection of film photos.
